Biography

Giorgi Matchavariani, MD, MPH, is a neurologist in training, public health researcher, and medical educator based in Tbilisi, Georgia. His areas of interest include neurology, cerebrovascular disease, neuroepidemiology, women’s health, and public health. He is also involved in nursing education through his teaching in General and Systemic Pathology. He serves as Secretary of the Georgian Association of Medical Specialties and Chair of the Georgian Neurology Residents Association, with a strong focus on clinical education, research, and international collaboration.
